This kind of service is also a good source of income for MSRTC.Considering this fact, MSRTC has avalied parcel services along with the passengar services since the beginning of the ST service.
MSRTC has appointed a single agent for entire state and the rights for finalizing the parcel service rates etc have been given to them.
