I took charge as the Chairman of the State Transport Corporation and decided to face many tough challenges with my company. Regardless of the situation, the mood should be strong. I believe in mental strength, study and continuous effort. No matter how difficult the current situation of the corporation is, nothing is impossible. I am sure that you and your purchasing power, self-motivation can definitely bring your organization out of the financial vicious cycle.

Passengers are our gods. Then the bus and the station area should be clean like a temple. Cleanliness should be given first priority. Also, adequate efforts should be made to avoid road disruption so that the traveler does not get interrupted on the way. The corporation is a family and the important elements of this family, drivers/carriers/mechanics, should coordinate with each other and try to provide timely and safe services to the passengers. In the future, we all have to take it as a mission to increase the trust in the corporation among the public. I want to know the labor issues and problems of the corporation and try to solve them with personal attention. Funding is needed to build new trains, labor contracts and infrastructure. If we provide the will, purchasing power and determination for this, we can provide the best service to travelers and rewrite our future.

I will take strict care that no injustice is done to the officers/employees. I am aware that if you remain satisfied, the Corporation will be energized. I am aware and personally appreciate that when the corporation was in financial trouble earlier, you all worked tirelessly to reduce the losses and bring the corporation to profit. Your passenger is a very common man and you have the opportunity to serve the common as well as the grassroots passengers. Then it becomes our duty to provide quality service to them. For now, let's work with cleanliness, punctuality and safety in mind, hand in hand with each other for the bright future of the corporation. Business runs on trust and success is guaranteed if trust is maintained! It will take a little struggle, but surely we will reach the threshold of success. Perseverance, perseverance and hard work will shape your future. With self-examination and self-confidence, even the impossible can be achieved. So let's re-introduce a step of faith, let's build trust, let's trust our passengers, let's be determined to restore this corporation to its former glory.
